Private hire for parties, meetings, launches, and dining is available on request in all areas of the House.

We also have a list of preferred partners who we work with from audio-visual experts, live acts, artists and performers, DJs, florists, balloons, costume hire, photographers – even graphic designers and printers to name a few.

Business Meetings

We offer a daily delegate rate of £25pp which includes three rounds of coffee and tea, still and sparkling water, fresh fruit bowl, energy bars for snacking, a two course lunch from the House Bar and Kitchen set menu, room hire, pads, pens, flip chart and screens.

We have all size of rooms available to accommodate anything from 20 to 200 people.

Print Room

The Print Room is equipped with a full sound system, iPod connection, flat screen TV and AV presentation facilities.

Daily Delegate Rate £25 pp
Half Day Rate Only £50 8am to 1pm
Full Day Rate Only £100 8am to 6pm

Table seating up to 20 guests for private dining.
Room dimensions 5150mm x 4100mm

Elberts

Elberts is available to hire from Sunday to Thursday exclusively at £500.
For parties, launches and other private events, it can be hired for seated lunch and dinner parties for up to 60 guests or larger events with up to 200 standing.
Food is available at all functions and a full DJ booth at your disposal, state of the art sound system and cinema projector are at your disposal. Music can be provided by an Elberts DJ of your choice or by iPod.
Elberts is also available to hire seven days a week for a daily delegate rate of £25 pp or you can hire a half day for only £200 (8am – 1pm) or a full day for only £400 (8am-6pm).
We have three snug areas which can seat 10 to 50 guests. These areas can be reserved at weekends for a group of friends wanting a base for the evening at just £5 pp. Arrival before 10pm.

Cinema 60 people. Boardroom 30 people. Classroom 40 people.

House Bar and Kitchen

We can reserve the back section of the bar for up to 50 guests. The reservation fee for this area is £50. Arrival before 9pm. Our Platters menu is perfect for this space.

Dear Andrea, Thank you for your call today regarding our Son's Christening gathering at Hertford House on Saturday. We had such a wonderful afternoon. Kimberly was so helpful & friendly when I popped in at lunchtime with the cake and decorations. Later on when we arrived Nick really made sure we were looked after and everything ran smoothly throughout the afternoon. Thank you for your help also.
